Junior Tennis Programs Fall-2009

Location: River Plantation Tennis Center
Tiny Tots - Ages 5-8 For the younger kids a strong emphasis is placed on hand-eye coordination. Fun games and drills are used to introduce the game of tennis. For the beginner level players we will develop techniques necessary for stroke production.

Grand Slam Group
Ages 9 -13 This group is designed for the older kids with more experience in match play, private lessons etc. Players in the Grand Slam Group will be encouraged to play in area tournaments and should be playing for their school tennis team. Kids in this group will also be encouraged to represent the WAC in USTA Jr Team Tennis League.
AGES ARE GENERAL GUIDELINES, THE PROS WILL ENSURE EACH STUDENT IS IN THE CORRECT GROUP

Session 1 : Tuesday September 1st – Thursday September 24th
Session 2 : Tuesday October 6th - Thursday October 29th
TINY TOTS: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 4:30 - 5:30 PM
GRAND SLAM: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 5:30 - 7:00 PM
SESSION COST (4 week session – 8 classes):
Tiny Tots $110 - Members
Grand Slam $150 - Members
Classes are limited. Tiny Tots/Grand Slam – 1 Pro per 7 students
